  • Expert level understanding of CSS as it is used in Webflow

  • Communicate effectively (verbal & written) and are able to sell ideas and clearly explain findings.

  • Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to implement animations using Webflow.Ability to tap into business objectives, KPIs, and how efficient product development can be used to achieve company goals.

Conceptualizing, designing, and executing brands, communication, and any visual designs for digital media as well as print media.

We want someone who can take on responsibility and deliver things on time. You will be building brands from the ground up, creating brand collaterals and other kinds of visual design for our clients or in-house projects. The more reliable you are, the quicker we can build trust and be able to designate more important tasks.




We want someone who can easily integrate with our team, and communication is key for this. Keeping teammates in the loop and asking for help at the right time is needed to manage any tasks and projects effectively.



1.A portfolio of work demonstrating projects in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration,


or a related field of study. (Academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios)


2. Conceptualisation- being able to think beyond the limitations of your own skillset and the ability to solve any issues effectively.


3. A keen aesthetic sensibility, visual/color sense, and the ability to craft visually appealing designs to high levels of detail.


4. Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign.


5. Graphic design execution abilities to create planned layouts, compositions, illustrations, etc.

Account Strategy, Direction & Positioning (For BD & Existing Clients)
The ability to think about clients problems with regards to the objectives to be achieved through Digital Media (on various Digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile) and devise solutions through digital channels as and when required.

Understanding the brief and create digital business and marketing strategies that align and support client’s digital plans to align with current campaigns and to plan for new engagements that will bridge the gap.

Besides, Client briefing, identify opportunities and/or challenges in a business where online assets can provide a solution, identifying the unmet needs and goals of the clients.

Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings Strong focus on coming up with Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client. Focus on driving innovation and creativity for the client.

Showcasing case studies internally within the Organization which might have / might not have been used by the client which could help in pitching a similar concept to other clients.
